Fevertree / London Essence Ginger Beer – ¾
Tumbler glass with ice
A slice of lime as a garnish
Pour Old Dutch Genever on top of Ginger Beer

Old Dutch Genever – 45 ml
Red Vermouth – 25 ml
Dash of angosture bitters
1 teaspoon (Amarena) cherry juice
Shake all ingredients well in a shaker. Pour into a chilled martini glass using a strainer, and garnish with a fresh cherry.
